I had to have several repairs done on my Polaris. The repair crew and Kenny in particular did a great job. The parts manager, Judson, always got the correct part in a timely fashion. I could not be more pleased!!!!

From sales to service, these ladies/gentlemen are on top of their game. Just helped our son to purchase his first bike from them and couldn't ask for better assistance. From Cheryl in sales who helped give us all the financial data that we needed to Eric in management who was kind enough to explain all the "fine print" that we always assume to be correct to Judson in service who is working diligently to get us back to 100% after our outside situation left us without the bike. I can't say enough good things about the store. We have always bought from Natchez Powersports and will continue to do so in the future with a staff like this.

There is amazing staff working here. I was in the middle of a road trip and stopped in the shop with a bike badly leaking oil. Staff helped me pickup the part I needed up the road at Autozone, drove me to grab some dinner and then back to the campground after closing. They kept my bike locked up over night, and picked me up in the morning. I was allowed to use the shop to repair my bike to get back on the road and catch my group. Between Jim W. the General Manager and Charles E., they went above and beyond to help me out. Can't say enough good things about this place and people.

Had some tires mounted they put the rear rims in the front on my highlifter and now I need 2 new wheels as they have rubbed deep gouges in them when I turn also had bearing installed they didnt install properly now the hub is bad I have posted on my own page buyer beware

He let me go in the back of the parts department and look for the switch I needed for my Polaris 800. He showed me where to look, then went back to help outside. I found it! Great place to fix your bike on the first place. I brought my Honda 450 x, that was not fixed in Great River Honda...Robert was an excellent person, very knowledgeable. My bike was fixed in 4 days, full service ect. I paid only $159.16. and bike is running. Great Honda, I paid $212.04 and didn't do nothing for over 4 weeks...Guys, you got my credit...
